Fazenda Apucarana is one of the pioneers in coffee production in the Patrocínio region - State of Minas Gerais. It has plantations at altitudes of up to 1250 meters and a special feature: the plantation area is located inside an extinct volcano, adding special characteristics to the soil.

Coffee processing system

All coffees produced in Fazenda Apucarana are picked manually or mechanically. Coffee is dried in cemented terraces using the natural method. After drying, the coffee is processed in the farm's own equipment.

Concern with quality

To further improve its coffee quality, Fazenda Apucarana is making substantial investments to in its operational structure, monitoring all processes and using differentiated treatments, in order to obtain cups of outstanding quality. Improvements are made respecting environmental preservation and taking into consideration an environmentally proper and sustainable coffee production.
