Coffee processing system

The plantation is handled by the organic system, and the crop is made when the fruits are in the best ripening phase. The fruits are selected then just after picked through machines that use water for the separation. The ripe fruits are then separated from the external peel. Different lots are constituted, and following are dried by the sun over yards, then stored separately. By the sale, the lots are full-peelled in the ranch and afterwards are sent to machines of electronic selection.
