Maria Lenira's farm is located in the Pedra Branca Mountain Range, at an altitude of1480 meters. What called the owner's attention, and led her to plant coffee was the excellent quality of the fruit that were found in the trees at the top of the mountain range, even with no upkeep.
The property has crystal clear water sources and many forests in its surroundings. It is said that there are jaguars, wolves, monkeys etc. It has a beautiful view, from where one can see several neighboring towns from a distance.

Coffee processing system
The ripe beans are selectively picked, and washed, pulped and spread on the terrace to dry. After the beans are dried, they are stored in bins, with special attention to the temperature. Such operations are repeated three times in the plantation.
Concern with quality
Always looking for ways to improve the quality of the farm's coffees, the owner always exchange ideas with experienced coffee producers. She also follows the suggestions of the Municipality's Agronomist. Maria Lenira wants to obtain the maximum possible perfection in her plantation, to arrive at the best quality coffees for the most demanding tastes.
