The farm was divided after Mr. Pereira's death, and there was great interest and concern in taking great care and continuing planting specialty coffees on the land that was inherited by the current owner and his wife. The specialty coffees adapted well to the location and fully developed because of the quality and altitude of the land, and the region's climate.

Several coffee varieties are cultivated in this area, among which 32 hectares planted with Yellow Bourbon.

Thirty percent of the property consists of native forests, and there is special concern with all the water sources and watercourses.
