Coffee processing system

The coffee produced at Fazenda Divino Espírito Santo is processed by the pulped natural method using the humid system, in which coffee beans are pulped daily in two stages of the harvested lots. After the beans are selectively picked, they are washed and separated into cherry beans, bóia beans, green beans; leaves, stones and other impurities are discarded. The beans are dried on cemented terraces or in driers of the burareiro type and in hot houses.
