In Fazenda Divino Espírito Santo family agricultural farming is practice, in which properties and cultures are transmitted and taught from one generation to the other. This form of organization provides to local society the possibility of becoming self-sustained, which in turn brings a better quality of life.

Coffee processing system

The coffee produced at Fazenda Divino Espírito Santo is processed by the pulped natural method using the humid system, in which the beans are pulped daily in two stages of the picked lots. After the selective picking, the beans are washed and separated into cherry beans, bóia beans and green beans. Leaves, stones and other impurities are discarded. The coffee is dried on cemented terraces or in driers of the burareiro type and in hot houses.

Concern with quality

All processes used at the farm's production are monitors by COOCAMP - Cooperativa Agrícola dos Cafeicultores do Município de Piatã and ASCAMP - Associação dos Cafeicultores do Município de Piatã.
