Agronomist and coffee producer Gabriel de Carvalho Dias was elected president of the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association – BSCA, entity created in1991. Gabriel´s family is in coffee production since 1890. Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama is 1/11 th of the original farm, which was divided in 1993.
